Erin L. Ward earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law in 2008 where she received a Book Award in Administrative Law and helped start student chapters of Amnesty International and the American Civil Liberties Union. While originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania she has been living in Florida for over 16 years and is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
Erin is a well-rounded civil litigation attorney with seven years of transactional, mediation, litigation, and trial experience throughout the state of Florida. Now she focuses her practice on first party property damage claims where she zealously advocates for the rights of the insured. She helps navigate policyholders through the complex legal issues involved in presenting an insurance claim and litigating against insurance companies and helping the insured recover what is owed to them.
