Jackson de Souza is a proud member of the Arnesen Webb, P.A. litigation team that specializes in plaintiff’s first-party property damage cases. He primarily represents property owners whose insurance companies have wrongfully denied, underpaid, or delayed their insurance claims.
He was born in Newark, NJ. The oldest son of immigrant parents from Brazil, he was instilled from an early age with the knowledge that the system is not always fair to those who are underrepresented. Since the start of his career in Law, he has been fighting for the little guy. He started his career in the field of mortgage foreclosure, where he fought against the big banks, to now fighting against the big insurance companies who do not want to pay to their insured what is justly theirs.
Jackson received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tampa, in Tampa Florida, and later went to attend Saint Thomas School of Law in Miami, Florida. At Saint Thomas, Jackson received the Book award in Federal Income Tax Law, made Dean’s List on several occasions, and graduated Cum Laude.
